"We recently contacted Terry at S&S Trophy for embroidery of Chefs Coats for our entire Culinary Team based upon a recommendation. I reached out to him after working with two prior embroiders and going through the entire process leading up to the time when they were to send proofs for my review and approval then not receiving any additional communication from either of them! I reached out to Terry on Monday, explained my frustration and outlined our project accordingly. He was professional and easy to work with and, within 5 business days, I was informed that they were completing our order and I would be able to pick them up by days end!! I picked up our order and each coat was EXACTLY as I had outlined! The quality was superb and the customer service was outstanding! We will, most certainly, be using S&S Trophy for all projects in the future!"

"I had an awesome experience here. The owner is super friendly and responsive. I needed something done same day and he worked with me to make it happen! Responded quickly to my calls and texts, moved some things around so he could do the engraving while I waited, and did such a nice job on the finished product. And the price was super reasonable (I actually think he should have charged more!). Highly recommend!"
