"We recently contacted Terry at S&S Trophy for embroidery of Chefs Coats for our entire Culinary Team based upon a recommendation. I reached out to him after working with two prior embroiders and going through the entire process leading up to the time when they were to send proofs for my review and approval then not receiving any additional communication from either of them! I reached out to Terry on Monday, explained my frustration and outlined our project accordingly. He was professional and easy to work with and, within 5 business days, I was informed that they were completing our order and I would be able to pick them up by days end!! I picked up our order and each coat was EXACTLY as I had outlined! The quality was superb and the customer service was outstanding! We will, most certainly, be using S&S Trophy for all projects in the future!"

"I had an awesome experience here. The owner is super friendly and responsive. I needed something done same day and he worked with me to make it happen! Responded quickly to my calls and texts, moved some things around so he could do the engraving while I waited, and did such a nice job on the finished product. And the price was super reasonable (I actually think he should have charged more!). Highly recommend!"

"This was the fourth company I called because the first three said they would not help us with such a short turn-around period. We needed a specialty award in less than 24 hours. I called at 1 p.m., they said come over and see what we offer. I placed my order at 3 p.m., at 5:30 I received an email to stop in the morning to pick up my project since it was complete. They were so helpful and our award turned out beautifully!! Thank you for doing what several other trophy shops said was impossible. Your willingness to help us made me a customer for life!"
